7. Security

There is two different kinds of users on a board :

• the board owner(s) : he (or they) can always do and change evrything on the board
• the board subscribers : they can only change what is defined in the "Board permissions" tab

A board owner can chose what rules will apply to the board subscribers in the "Board permissions" tab.

If you want to have more specific settings on some of your columns, you can restrict the edition of one or more columns to certains persons or certains teams by clicking on a column, and then by going on "Column Permission".

Data integrity : keeping your data safe

Sometime, when multiple persons works on a project, data can be mismanaged : something can be changed, moved or deleted. 

To keep track of the activities of everything that happened on the board, you can use the "Activities" option. With this tool, you can review every change on you board since its creation, and filter through everything  to find what you're looking for. 

If a row, a column, a group or a board has been deleted - despite the 2 warnings - you still have 30 days to get it back is the recycle bin of your account. To access the bin, click on your profile icon, then chose "Recycle bin".

If you don't find what you're looking for, ask the board owner to look in his own bin. If you still find nothing, ask an admin to do so.
