Selection & Filters

They are multiple way to select a scope in the dashboard. A selection can also be saved using the bookmark function (see "How to create a bookmark" below).

Time Selection

The pricing dashboard has data for the current + the two previous years. For Example, as of February 2022, data of 2020, 2021 and the two first months of 2022 is available.

Currencies

All historical data is extracted from BW in Local and Document currency and converted using CAR3 exchange rate.

 Unit of measures

UoM are always expressed in DRY UoM.

Conversion is done by BW based on Material information.

Consolidation View (Yes/No)

This functionality allow to apply the % of ownership of Solvay by company code

How to create a bookmark

Bookmarks let you save specific selections. This allows you to review them later, reach them faster and share them with other users. Video available here


Download Data

Data can be downloaded from every table or visualization in the dashboard into a spreadsheet format following the same process

  1. Right-click the visualization or table you want to download data from.

  2. Select  Download as... and Export data.

  3. Click the link to download the data file.

  4. Open or save the file.

The default maximum number of rows and columns in the Excel export file is:

  • 1048566 rows per sheet. For pivot tables: 1048566 column dimensions. 10 rows can be added after the export.
  • 16384 columns per sheet. If the number of columns exceeds the limit, the exported file is truncated and a warning message is sent.
