Issue description

To create a "download file" link in an Article body (ie. "rich text"), you first need to store the file in Tridion. The standard way to do this is by doing a drag'n drop from your Windows file explorer to the left pane displayed to select the file to link. Unfortunately, since the September 2016 release, this feature could not working anymore (temporary issue).

After an upload notified as "successful", the new file doesn't appear so cannot be selected

Solution

Use the Use the Advanced editing (Open in form view) to upload and attach the file. Details here in video (the folders path where to store the file have to be adapter to your context):
