Description

Customs and Trade Compliance activities are regulated by specific rules supplied by different organizations like: Customs Authorities, Governmental Agencies, Trade Associations, European Commission, Freight forwarders, Product  Regulatory Compliance etc…”:

The regulations are in constant evolution and have to be strictly followed by CTC and applied on CTC activities to be compliant.

After analysis, CTC:

  • takes in charge the communication with the BU if needed
  • makes sure that information are well understood by the various stakeholders
  • updates the Information System and Google Site properly
  • ensures that rules are correctly applied on all processes linked to Customs and Trade Compliance activities.
