In Archibus users information are coming from Gudsis database (daily import). Sometimes there are bad information or doubloons.

To correct the information, you can create a ticket in Freshdesk (SBS Support ticketing tool).

It's an IS Request. You can use this direct link: https://sbs-support.solvay.com/support/tickets/new?isRequest=true

 

Note concerning bad cost center for external employees

In Archibus all employee affected to a room must have an entity and a cost center.

The entity is called Division

The cost center is called Department.

In Archibus, the entity and the cost center of an external employee is equal to the entity and the cost center of his manager.

This information (manager of the external employee) is stored in Gudsis database.

For some users this information may be missing or wrong.

To correct the information, Facility agent has to get the manager of the external employee and create a ticket in Freshdesk like this: 

Hi,

The manager of the external employee YYYY is ZZZZ. Please update this information in Gudsis. This information is mandatory for the facilities tool Archibus. Note that this request is not a HtR request because it concerns an external employee.
