The Samples Leadtime tab allows users to see the leadtimes between sample requests and the sample shipping date. It tracks all samples requests, both SAP and non SAP. For Non SAP sample requests, the leadtime is tracked from the creation date to the manual shipping date. For SAP samples, the leadtime is from creation date to shipped date. Use the button at the top of the graph to switch the view to the details. Use the cyclical at the bottom (right click) to change the graph between the Month, BU, Product Lvl 2, Manufacturing Plant, and customer classification views.
The processing leadtimes details view allows for more in depth analysis of the leadtime levels on the graph. See the average number of days samples are spending in each leadtime level from L1 to L5. You can filter by SAP, Non SAP, and Not Yet Ordered samples using the buttons on the graph (highlighted below):
The Details table at the bottom shows details of the samples and their leadtime transitions (in days) from the different levels. You can toggle the dates on and off using the indicated button. Double click the header of a column to sort by that column. Double click again to reverse the sort:
