Overview


The account owner is by definition the account manager from the GBU with the largest share of sales.

Only owners of NON SAP ACCOUNTS can be changed. For SAP ACCOUNTS, the owner is Admin.

Step By Step


 

Open the account whose owner needs to be changed

If you are the owner, but need to transfer the account ownership of your account, click on Change button.

Change Ownership

Search for the adequate account owner.
Tick the checkbox on Keep Account Team.  
Click on Save .
