Excel reports with thumbnails: export information regarding your media in Excel format and get a thumbnail in the file.
Create permalinks: integrate viewing of media directly into an Internet or intranet site.
Dissemination of galleries: generate a dynamic gallery and send it to your contacts.
File sharing: share a selection of files in just a few clicks with the photo library's users or with external partners.
Sending direct links: offer access to a media item to another user when they log in.
Sending an email mailshot (option): send media samples to users.
Generation of 2D codes (QR Code): offer a link giving original access to a media item.

Make a selection of files

In the folder tree locate the file or files.

When a file is selected a blue check will appear at the top.

To make a multiple selection of files, select one and then, on your keyboard, click CTRL key and select the other files.

Downloading

When having one file selected you can click the download icon. When having a selection of files, click the arrow on the top icons menu.

A pop up will appear in which you need to specify the intended use of the download and also in which format to download.

Select the file (s) then in the icons menu at the top, click the arrow icon and choose the option to send by email.
