COLMAR = Capex Overall Lifecycle Management, Approval and Reporting” COLMAR tool contains the list of all investments projects, already started or planned. It gives a consistent picture of the GBUs’ investment needs, and plans. Integrated with SAP, COLMAR is fed with actual project expenses and people in charge of the Investment portfolio update quarterly forecasts. The dashboard gives a global and detailed view of CAPEX and CAPSEND for all people concerned in GBUs and functions - Industrial (GBUs and Corporate) - Controlling - Facilities - SBS IS - R&I department The dashboard can be used to control and adjust the process to authorize new projects to reach the target for CAPEX and CAPSEND (at a Solvay group level or by GBU). The analysis can be done from the top level (Solvay group) to more detailed levels : GBU, plant, project . |
