4. Process Flows
Regarding AR Clearance incoming Payment, The Daily basis operation is download bank statement for monitoring customer incoming payment
Downloading bank statement by each bank as following below.
4.1 BNP BANK
1. Link : https://www.bnpplink.bnpparibas.co.in/
2. Click at Corporate Login
3. Fill in Group ID , User ID and Password.
4. Click at Reporting
5. Click at Account QuickView
6. Click at Account number
7. Download file by click at Excel Download
1. Link : https://portal.citidirect.com/portalservices/forms/login.pser
2. Chose "Challenge Response" , then fill in Login ID
3. Fill in Response password in the bank Token and click "LOG IN"
4. Click at CitiDirect Services
5. Go to Report -> Cash statement report , Click at Account statement details Report and click Edit report
6. Chose Format , Statement date and Value date , then click Run report
7. Chose Available report in the right column and click at View report for download the bank statement.
