General Description

Overview of all the projects related to the Mergers Acquisitions Growth Divestitures (acquisitions, JV, divestitures projects worldwide)
  • Projects closed each quarter according to status (On Time, On Budget, On Budget & On Time).
  • A comparison trend (Number of Projects) on Projects closed that are both On Budget and On Time each quarter. 
  • Detailed table with the list of projects details by  GBUs or Functions, including Project Planned Start date, Sign off, Realised Sign off, etc.

Authorization & Rights

All the accesses must be validated by the

Calculation 
On time
Projects closed during the quarter (based on the "end date") vs the "planned end date"

Planned Sign off date is set and saved at Gate 2.
On Time = Realised Sign off date <= Planned Sign off
On budget
Projects closed during the quarter (based on the "end date") vs the "Budget Reference"
Budget is set and saved at Gate 1, the best forecast is taking the actual values spent + planned values.
