For any request of support or evolution, a ticket must be entered in Service One, here is the process :
1.Click on the Service One widget in SolvayOne
2.Click on “report an application issue
3.Fulfill the form and click on “Request” by selecting "Eschbach" in the application field
4.Check the status in “My Activity”
The best way to get IT support is to use the new
Service One Platform.
