We are majorly handling Access Management.
There is two kind of access here one is Member and another one is Viewer.
Based on the approval of Application owner we will provide an access to the users.

Clean Up Process:
Every Month end we need to remind him to ask the list from Monday.com (third party vendor of this application) to made the clean up process.
The criteria for this application is below,
Member > 60 days if they are not accessing application we have to modify that member access to be Viewer
Viewer > 90 days if they are not accessing application we have to modify that viewer access to deactivate
