If you need to access a dashboard, please use Service One


No matter the technology hosting the dashboard, the appropriate service is "Corporate Dashboard Access Request Form"

Note: this service can be used only for dashboards under maintenance by DT, not for self-service dashboards.

In this case, please contact the owner of this dashboard.


After approval, the support will grant you access, notifying you of the details to access the dashboard

If your request is not answered in a timely manner, you may check whom is the approval pending and ping them.

Useful tips: 

  • Using the "Request for" feature, you can not only demand access on behalf of someone else, but you can also request up to 20 accesses (20 people) for the same dashboard at the same time (if the scope is the same = same GBUs, zones, conditions...)


  • Using the shopping cart, you can request access to several dashboards for 1 person at the same time

Hit "Add to cart" as many times as needed dashboards

Then "View cart", also available from the homepage


Click "Request n Items" and complete the forms
