General Description


The aim of this dashboard is to display data from 2 Salesforce (Core and Icare) related to contract information (#Active Contracts, #Recently Expired Contracts, EAR…)

KPIs within this dashboard
  • Active Contracts - The total number of contracts that are active. Active means the contract status in SFDC is set to “Signed by both parties, Active”
  • EAR Active - Estimated Annual Revenue summed
  • Recently Expired Contracts - The number of contracts that have expired in the past 90 days
  • EAR Recently Expired - Estimated Annual Revenue summed for all contracts that have expired in the past 90 days
  • Flexibility % # of Contracts - The number of active contracts that are flexible 1 as a percentage of the total number of active contracts
  • Flexibility as a % of EAR - The EAR of contracts that are flexible as a percentage of total EAR for all active contracts
Additional details

Every currency related to the “Estimated Annual Revenue” indicator is based on CAR3 change rates.

This indicator is converted (to euros or US dollars) in the script.
