My Data Report is the module of the pricing dashboard where it is possible to display and download the raw data tables you need for your analyses in an Excel/Spreadsheet format.

0. Select Unit of Measures

Use blue  "k" to have kEUR or kUSD

Use gold "k" to have kkg (tons), kT or kLB

Be careful, this is also being applied on unit costs!

1. Sales Report

1- Displays the table either in a list or Pivot table hierarchy format

2- Information can either be displayed in EUR or USD currencies. Sales and Unit price are also available in DC as Measures

RSB=Yes Uses the period's last month Fx rate to convert Document currencies into EUR/USD

RSB=No uses the average monthly Fx rate

3- Dimensions and measures added appear there. They can be switched off or removed. You can also reorder them by dragging them to the desired position.

4- List of available dimensions

5- Timeline filters

6- List of available measures. These can be searched and typed directly in 3.

Tips: In order to show the total you have to click (appears then in white) on the sum symbol of the dimensions.

7- To download the data in a spreadsheet format: Right clic > Download As > Export data

After modifying the selection of Dimensions /and Measures, it is required to click on the "Update layout" button to be able to see the table or chart.

Last Price Month (Ship-to) dimension changes the Unit ICM

Some ICM values are linked to no Last Price Month, causing a false value in the report. It is also important to always select  "Last Price Month(Ship-to)" dimension while displaying "the Unit ICM".

See example:

1)without "Last Price Month(Ship-to)" dimension

2)with "Last Price Month(Ship-to)" dimension

How to sort first measure in Pivot table step by step?

Step 1, Switch to Pivot table by clicking the pivot table icon;

Step 2, Click on the gear icon on the tight to display the table menu;

Step 3, Click on the "pivot table", then choose the desired sorting:

2. Margin Waterfall

Provides the costs details of the "Margin Waterfall" and "Costs and Margin Evolution" charts from "Sales & Pricing Review"

Key Dimensions:

  • Category : type of costs (clusters of P&L Elements)
  • P&L Elements : details from financial reporting

Key Measures :

→ Unit ICM leakage = costs in unit

→ ICM leakage = total Costs

3. Sales Chart

1- Displays the table either in combo chart or scatter-plot chart

2- Information can either be displayed in EUR or USD currencies. Sales and Unit price are also available in DC as Measures

RSB=Yes Uses the period's last month Fx rate to convert Document currencies into EUR/USD

RSB=No uses the average monthly Fx rate

3- Dimensions and measures added appear there. They can be switched off or removed. You can also reorder them by dragging them to the desired position.

4- List of available dimensions

5- Timeline filters

6- List of available measures. These can be searched and typed directly in 3.

1) Only one dimension can be selected for the sales chart; up to 3 measures can be selected.

2) In Scatter-plot chart, when 3 measures are selected: the first first measure is related to the size of the bubbles; the second measure is the Y-axis; the third measure is the X-axis. If you wish to switch the X/Y-axis or use another measure to show the size, you need to delete the selection and select the measure(s) in the sequence of in the chart you wish to display.

1) Next to each measure, a default chart is proposed. However, we can switch the chart type by left clicking on the chart icon, and select another chart type.

2) How to show data points/labels?

3) How to change the columns order?

For example, I wish to display Volumes first, then Sales, ICM comes the last. First remove the selection of the 3 measures, and select first Volumes, then Sales, and then ICM.

4. Download the data

  1. Right-click the table in My Data Report you want to download data from.

  2. Select  Download as... and Export data.

  3. Click the link to download the data file.

  4. Open or save the file.

The default maximum number of rows and columns in the Excel export file is:

  • 1048566 rows per sheet. For pivot tables: 1048566 column dimensions. 10 rows can be added after the export.
  • 16384 columns per sheet. If the number of columns exceeds the limit, the exported file is truncated and a warning message is sent.
