Overview

 In this section, you can sent the visit minutes to the supplier, to your Manager, or Colleagues

Guest and solvay team are by default in copy of the e-mail

Step-By-Step


STEP 1


❑ Visit Minute Detail

Click on "Preview & Send Internally  (An email is sent with the Visit Minutes and all its fields, including internal notes)

 

 

 

 


STEP 2


Fill in your email adress in the field "Additional To:". Check that relevant Solvay email adresses are in copy and then click on "Send"
Field "To" : you can choose only Contact (Supplier contact)

You can add an Additional to Recipients (Click in the magnifier at the right of the Additional to)


 

 

 


STEP 3 

 ❑ Visit Minute Detail

Click on "Preview & Send Externally (An email is sent with the Visit Minutes and all its fields, excluding internal notes

 

 

 


STEP 4


Fill in your contact email address in the field "Additional To:". Check that relevant Solvay email adresses are in copy and then click on "Send"
 
You can add an Additional to Recipients (Click in the magnifier at the right of the Additional to)

 

 

 

How Add the Guests

  • Other Guests = Solvay staff unlicensed in Convergence
  • Solvay Guests = Solvay staff with licenses Convergence
  • Contact Guest = List of the people recorded in convergence with an e-mail address

STEP 5

Scroll down to see the "Guests" related list and click in the button “New Guest

- In view menu Record Type of new record , select “Contact Guest or Other Guest or Solvay Guest”  


2- Click on  “Continue

– Fill User name you can use the magnifier at the right of the User
 
4 – Click on Save ” if you add only one guest “, if you add more Guests Click on "Save & New"
