Opportunity in SFDC but not in Dynasys DP

Incident

  1. Check the Opportunity # in BW file DYS_SF_CRM_TEMP, DYS_SF_CRM_MAIN, DYS_SF_CRM
  2. Cross checking the DFU records in Dynasys DP3 prod.
  3. Checking the Macro in Dynasys, TECH:CRM
  4. Re-activate the macro and check again the next day.

1> BW file checking (DYS_SF_CRM_TEMP / DYS_SF_CRM_MAIN / DYS_SF_CRM) in SQL Datahub.



2> Material:Shipto@DC records (DFU 319496R:2089317R@09R) checking in Dynasys DP3 prod.


3>TECH:CRM should be executed in Auto_Daily_Static


4>Cross checking the next day after Daily static import finished.

2New DFU created  in DynaSys but not able to find them in DP6513907
  1. Pre check in DP3 prod,
    SQL DH EXP_DP_DFU_HIST_MAIN to see the DFU creation logs,
    131346R:2079148R@07R
    52909R:2067005R@09R
  2. Check the status of the DFUs in Dynasys 

1> in SQL Datahub, checking the DFUs in table EXP_DP_DFU_HIST_MAIN (this table will log all the DFUs that are manually created.)


2>Dynasys DP3 prod

a) 131346R:2079148R@07R -> active, not planned with following supersession, S&OP planner JHZHU (but OK S&OP Leader) 


b) 52909R:2067005R@09R -> active, planned, S&OP planner+leader = OK is visible in Demand Review prep (ARGO market)

3DynaSys DP - PF1 material not available for DFU creationINC000000839980

1) In DynaSys, open the Master Table "Material" and find by Code, Name or Short Name (note: it is more precise to check by code).

2) In BW, check by Code or Name (note: it is more precise to check by code).

3) In SAP,  key in transaction code MM03 and check the following points: Basic, MRP, Costing and Accounting views must be created.

4) the solution is to create a material manuelly in master table "Material" in DynaSys, after that the user can see his material to create his DFU.

1) The material is found by code "323268" but it has no name and is missing other information such as Bu, division...


2) The material is not found by code "323268" in BW.


3) The material is found by code "323268" in SAP, but the view of the material in SAP is not correctly created, Costing and Accounting is missing, that's why the material is not in BW and information is missing in DynaSys.

4) the user can see his material to create his DFU.
