As there is no interface from SAP, Resources are managed manually in DiP-PP TS on demand (Service One ticket)
- creation / modification
- deletion
0> make sure nobody is connected in the system
1> Go to Structure→Hierachies→Master tables→Resources, double click and click the Lock data then enter the resource code @plant and the description and Line
is automatically ticked => to untick
to tick at least
Do not manage the Supply Planner here, use workspace "TS - A0 User Right" > tab "Resource planners" instead, otherwise the planner will be erase the following night by the update hierarchy
2> Go to "Line" table, find the new resource which just created in 1st step, Lock data and enter the resource @plant at the Aggregated level Workshop.
3> Go to table "Workshop", find the resource in the code column, Lock data and enter the plant at Aggerated level Site.
4> Save (unlock is automatically done)
5> Additionnal data for the resource can be managed via the shortcut Type of Resource/Calendar (TS - PRODUCTION group of shortcuts)
The type of resource can be important to be fulfilled for reporting purposes
DELETION> to delete start from "Workshop", then "Line", then "Resources", Lock data, select line, click Delete, and then Save (unlock is automatically done)
