Customs and Trade Compliance activities are regulated by specific rules supplied by different organizations like: Customs Authorities, Governmental Agencies, Trade Associations, European Commission, Freight forwarders, Product Regulatory Compliance etc…”:
The regulations are in constant evolution and have to be strictly followed by CTC and applied on CTC activities to be compliant.
After analysis, CTC:
- takes in charge the communication with the BU if needed
- makes sure that information are well understood by the various stakeholders
- updates the Information System and Google Site properly
- ensures that rules are correctly applied on all processes linked to Customs and Trade Compliance activities.
