Functional Overview
Why the report / analytics is needed
The Applicant Diversity Tracker report is required to enable analysis of applicant diversity metrics across the recruitment pipeline.
It supports Talent Acquisition teams in ensuring there is no discrimination related to age, gender, disability, race, or other diversity criteria, and provides transparency into how different applicant populations progress through recruitment stages.
Business requirements addressed
The report addresses the following business requirements:
- Analyze diversity metrics for all applicants in the Recruiting module
- Track applicant progression across candidate pipeline stages
- Enable monitoring of fairness and non‑discrimination in hiring processes
- Support data‑driven diversity analysis in recruiting and talent acquisition activities
Business questions answered
The report enables the business to answer questions such as:
- What is the diversity profile of the applicant population?
- How do different diversity groups progress through the recruitment pipeline?
- Are there differences in pipeline progression by gender, age, race, disability, or other diversity attributes?
- At which stages of the recruitment process do diversity gaps appear?
Why it is important to the business
This report is critical to support fair, inclusive, and compliant recruitment practices.
Without a consolidated diversity tracker, Talent Acquisition teams lack visibility into applicant diversity across the full pipeline, increasing the risk of unmonitored bias and limiting the organization’s ability to take informed actions to promote diversity and inclusion.
