The Front Desk CTD is a dedicated team working as a single point of contact & delivery point for EMEA CTDs requests about all the GBU materials.

  Activities:

- Receive CTDs requests

- Discuss the analytical approach under specialists supervision

- Coordinate processing/machinery activities when required

- Plan the tests in the AMCLabs (or externally if not available)

- Deliver on time analytical results: Priority channel for claims
