Update language translation for Ideabox Title and Question

Procedure

Go to the tenant site (E.g. Torrelavega)
Click “See all spontaneous ideas”
At the top menu “Challenge Admin” > Select Challenge Management
Click on “Edit Challenge Settings”
At “Languages”step, select the language to be updated (e.g. Spanish), click “Next”
Key in the Spanish for Challenge Name (i.e. Idea box Title), click “Next”
Key in the Spanish for Challenge Question and Additional Information, click “Next”
Click “Next” until “Save & Continue”
