For new access creation request :
If we receive any new eroom access creation request for any PAX related user first we need to check with karinabernardino.silva-external@solvay.com before providing the access.
Once karina approved we can proceed with the access creation.
For existing access :
If the users having existing access in Eroom but with solvay email address and not with the new email address like BASF or DOMO we need to update the email address in Docollab admin tool and after updating the email address transfer to CAPG -DM team to update the user's email address in AD level and eRoom database
