IT Initiative

An IT initiative in Jira is represented as an initiative issue type issue () which allows to create a hierarchy/relationship between the created issues. 

The type of information of an IT initiative is similar to the information found within the Portfolio "one pager".

It describes:

• The scope of the initiative
• Its priority
• Budget
• Guardian approvals

LPM Board

It represents the Portfolio process with Initiatives going from Envision to Done. 

Your Jira Projects

They represent one or a few initiatives and the epics are linked to an initiative via the "Parent" field.
