YEAR END UPDATES: Benchmark ESG (formerly Gensuite)
Hello All -
First, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy and healthy holiday season to you and yours.
A few quick reminders on managing your Incidents in Gensuite and the Benchmark Digital (formerly Gensuite) to PURE Bridge trigger.
1. Starting January 1, 2023, all sites using Gensuite are expected to manage all their incidents (PS, TS, and OS) in Gensuite only.
- Please do not enter your incidents in PURE unless you are NOT using Gensuite at all, therefore, notify your Zone HSE Mgr and Liaisons
- All related documents such as Photos, RCAs, and LLBs are to be added to Gensuite as per timing in our procedure IND-HSE-01.01-PRO V2.4 Reporting of HSE events
- Delegations remain the same with copying and pasting the delegation onto an email
- Be sure that all Solvay Reportable incidents are transferred to PURE prior to PURE monthly closing to assure they are counted in Corporate dashboard reporting (e.g. COMEX reports; Qlick Sense dashboards)
2. All Injuries and Illnesses will automatically be transferred to PURE and ONLY PS & TS Events that are specifically flagged as "Solvay Reportable"
- To trigger the interface in I&M (Listed Events), the field ‘Solvay Reportable’ must have ‘YES’ chosen. Then, a new section in the form will appear called ‘Send to EHS Reporting’. The fields included in this new section will be sent to PURE.
- However, when "Event Causes" is skipped the "Send to EHS Reporting" form does not appear, thus not transferring data to PURE. We are working on this with Gensuite to remove this dependency but for now, COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED FIELDS AND DO NOT SKIP EVENT CAUSES Watch this short video clip

3. HSPO vs. H-RII: Gensuite Users should be aware that if the "Solvay Actual Occupational Accident Type & Severity Level" = H-RII then the "HSPO" Field must be No. For clarity, our Solvay rules indicate that an HSPO is a" Possible" High Severity Incident, therefore an H-RII which is a top-tier event severity cannot be an HSPO by definition. We are working with Gensuite to default HSPO to No.
4. Report Changes: The data Bridge will capture all changes made in Gensuite to incidents entered on or after November 2, 2022. For any changes made to incidents (e.g. classification, details, attachments, etc.) before Nov 2, you must Notify HSE Reporting requesting changes to be made in PURE on your behalf (include Gensuite ID# and details of change).
