Overview
The Search Tool is a new way to search throughout your suppliers qualifications. Take all qualified suppliers for the site Tavaux as an example. Before, four searches had to be performed on the Geographical axis: at Tavaux level, at France Level, at EMEA level and finally at worldwide level. With the Search Tool, it is done in one step. In the same way, global searches can be performed on the Organisational axis or on the GPS axis. Let's say you look for qualified suppliers in Spectrometry: the Search Tool will also display suppliers qualified for all Laboratory Equipment and Supplies.

Step-By-Step
STEP 1
Click on the tab 'Search Account Properties'
STEP 2
Fill in the criteria, for example the GEOgraphical axis
STEP 3
Enter the value you are looking for in the GEO Axis field and press the "Enter" key so a popup window appears to propose the related values
Click on the value in the "Results" section
STEP 4
Click on the "Search" button
STEP 5
There are 4 results in this example
STEP 6
This Search Tool can also be accessed from any Master Key page. For example, go on the page "TG-LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES" and click on the button "View all" at the bottom of the "Account Properties" related list
