How to validate a request in GRC

According to SAP GRC CUP Process, as a manager you are going to validate the requests for the users under your responsibility (creation/modification/deletion of user accounts in RCS).

You may access the CUP request either by clicking on the Link provided in auto-generated email sent to you when users submit their request;

Or, connect to the following link directly:

http://pyjsapr3.ibm.be.solvay.com/AE/index.jsp

Select “User Logon” on the left of the screen:

Enter in GRC tool with your user ID (same as Windows) + your specific GRC Password.

If you need password, please contact SBS Support via portal. You can also click on "Get Support" to reset your password automatically.

You will see the requests waiting for your approval

Select one of them by clicking on the UR number:

Then execute the “Risk Analysis” (only for information), it will run the analysis

Then select   “continue” and “submit”.
