Picaso for Specialty Polymers
  • Forecast Accuracy at Month M-1
  • Forecast Accuracy at Month M-2
  • Forecast Accuracy at Month M-3
In the E2E VC Dashboard, the Forecast Accuracy is based on the Weighted Calculation at the Product x Ship Destination Zone x Group of Activity Aggregation Level for all GBUs using Dynasys or APO as their Demand Planning System.
For Specialty Polymers, the Forecast Accuracy is based on the Standard Calculation at the Product x ECCO Region (Ship Destination Zone) Aggregation Level.
ECCO regions may be retrieved under the Corporate Region filter as follow: EMEA = EU, APAC = IN, JP, KR, VD, SG, LAM = MC, NAM = US

Inventory DOS (Manual)
Charts and reports are made to display 2 types of data : 1/ data by GBU or 2/ data all GBU combined.
DOS : Days of Sales. Is a DOS on sales (not on COGS)
Inventory values : line “total inventory value” : includes FG/RM/Wip. Spare Parts are part of RM
Sales Values :
For GBU : based on “Net sales at GBU level”
For Group : based on “External sales”
DOS calculation: (End-of-Month Inventory*365) / [(sum of last 3 Months  sales value )*4]
Note 1: there is no target for the actual DOS of 2021 as the most relevant calculation for the Group
Note 2: if you need the values for ALL GBUs in a table, then right-click on the graph when no GBU is selected and select "Download as", "Export data" to get the results in an Excel file. For other needs, you may use "My Report".
Note 3: if you need the values for DOS Value for ALL GBUs in a table, use "my report" functionality and extract DOS GBU by GBU .
