1. Data Source

Data can come from different sources:

• IDBS ELN: through ELN spreadsheets or Excel files
• Labware LIMS
• GSheets (for very specific needs)
• Instruments - LabPC servers

The user is imputing data in the data source in a standardized format defined with Lab Booster team.
A generic pipeline is analyzing those files in order to retrieve the data.

This generic pipeline developed once and reusable for all workflows/files.

2. Data Storage

The data that is retrieved is stored in the Data Ocean.
The Data Ocean is a standardized database enabling to store the data in different tables depending on their business nature.
All data from all workflows/markets are all together in the same Data Ocean.

3. Data Visualization

The Data Ocean is connected to SyDatalab: a standardized and configurable web application developed in-house.
SyDatalab is configurable, meaning all features are developed once only and available to all users.
