4.2 DynaSys => SAP interface

Old version for interface can be made with ZWPP13R based on files found in DynaySys datahub.
This interface can be used as a workaround for MRP planned independant requirements and for Long term Planning also.

procedure to be used for WP1 :

DynaSys DP - Export Independent Requirement

Forecast export to SAP

Forecast ETD to SAP (TS)

Dynasys DP End User Training (TO BE UPDATED)

Connect to DynaSys DataHub and Open the CSV File

• EXP_IR_EU.CSV → for EP eu (MRP / LTP)
• EXP_IR_AP.CSV
• EXP_IR_NA.CSV
• EXP_IR_LA.CSV

Save it on your Desktop as Excel File

• You can change the plant code
• You can remove the Horizon column if you don’t need 
• Change format file as mentioned under = insert new column E and F (empty) + rename column D “Period split” + all values in column D = “M” for monthly forecasts
• Save it as XLS

Please don't use MD04 to check the forecast, the data shows in MD04 is deducted by the sales order allocation.

You can use MD63 to check the full loaded forecast from Dynasys.
