Sometimes external users report that they are not able access Solvay One and they need a password reset.
In such cases initially follow the below wiki page to check if the user profile is granted access to INTRANET SERVICE and if USER STATUS is ACTIVE,

Also confirm the beginning date of the user from the GUDSIS profile.
If everything is fine suggest the user to use the below credentials to login and make sure that the user is connected to VPN (Solvay network),
Username: NT User ID
Password: User's network password
If issue still persists, issue might be due to their network password. Hence inform the user as follows,
"We suggest you to contact your local infra team requesting for a network password reset because Solvay One is single sign on. So there is no option to reset the password. It will automatically be signed in using the network password. "
