Azure Resource like subscription , storage account, key vault 

Once SQO account is created, you need to get added in the below mention AD group

Steps to follow –

  1. Get an approval on email from Werner or Shubham. sample email attached here
            Request access to Azure Subscription.eml

  2. Fill the form and attach the same in request
                       
  3. Click on Request Now, 


  4. Select Configuration in Type of Request drop down, then new boxes will appear for further details.
  5. . Fill the details as mentioned below

             

  • Request description (required)  – Business Justification for Access - As member of data platform team, require access to SySight Azure Subscription 
  • Confirmation that request is approved by Hosting Design authorities (required) – Yes. Attached the approval email from Werner or Shubham 
  • Earliest start time of implementation - Date of request
  • Latest end time of task (required)– Next Year Future Date
  • Comments – As member of data platform team, please add my sqo account in below group

For Developers (DEV & TEST subscription) -     GSA_ADMIN_SUB-OTH - SySight - 00-APP-DEVTEAM

For Developers(Prod Subscription) - GSA_ADMIN_SUB-PRD - SySight - 00-APP-DEVTEAM

Once Request is complete, you will be able to access Azure resource 

 

Validation 

  1. Login to Microsoft Azure using sqo account
  2. Search for subscription, OTH - SySight - 00 (DEV & TEST) - PRD - SySight - 00(prod) will be visible
