Purpose of the ART Sync:
- Foster collaboration across teams within the ART.
- Resolve impediments or escalate issues that impact multiple teams.
- Ensure alignment with the Program Increment (PI) objectives and iteration goals.
- Manage and discuss risks and dependencies.
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing delivery.
The ART Sync can include two primary components:
Scrum of Scrums (SoS):
- Focuses on team-level progress, impediments, and dependencies.
- Typically attended by Scrum Masters and the RTE.
PO Sync:
- Focuses on backlog priorities, feature progress, and alignment with program objectives.
- Attended by Product Managers, Product Owners, and RTE.

Kick off with RTE, SMs, PM, Architects and Tech leads on 25NOV week
Given the business nature of the POs we will start without
Agenda:
- Review and update action items from the previous sync.
- Identification of risks or blockers.
- Discussion of cross-team dependencies.
- Progress updates on key objectives (e.g., PI objectives, iteration goals).
- Readiness for the next PI brief
