CMC Usage
CMC is dedicated to controle BI4 access : access to BI4 folders, access to BI4 queries, reset password.
(reminder : for data access, PP_CONF should be used)

How to reset BO password
1 – CMC access
http://boxi.priv.rhodia.com/CmcApp/logon.faces
System: frparboap2:6400
Login: PASS_ADMIN
Password:* pass*
(be careful case sensitive)
2 – Go to "User List"
On the Home screen click on « Users and Groups »
At first the list is empty. To show the list click on “User List” :
3 – Find the user
To find the user, go to the right “Search Title” field and input all or part of the BO login :
This will return the list of BO accounts that correspond :
Select and double click on the correct login.
4 – Reset the password
In the “Properties” page, enter the standard reset password in “Password” and “Confirm” fields.
Be sure the option « User must change password at next logon » is checked.
Check the account is not disabled (otherwise password reset is useless):
Validate by clicking on “Save & Close” :
5 – Logout
To leave tool click on « Log out » and close your navigator.
6 – Notify user
Send an email to user to inform of the new password and precise that he needs to change it at the next logon.
How to Close BO account
1 – CMC access

Input your BO account and password to login
2 – Select tab “User and Group ”
3 – Select tab “User list”
→ Search user name
4 - Select sub-tab "Properties"
→ tick box “Account is disabled”
