✔ANA rules about very urgent request, which is mainly for those cases that would have serious consequences, such as shutdowns of plant, lost orders, major compensation, product shipment etc.
✔A very urgent case means that all other analysis requests from this GBU/Lab will be postponed due to their less priority.
✔If OT(overtime work) happens, the time will be recorded in eHR system and charged back to the above project code.
✔If the issue is well resolved, we will ask Q-Highlight to share it with the R&I management team.
