A ticket should be created with the following fields:
Type = IS Request
Group = IS-TECHNO-BDA
Subtype = Service Monitoring
Functional Area = Big Data & Analytics (Techno)
IS Process = IS Techno
IS Category = Big Query
Application = Big Query
