General Introduction

- Project Overview: 

This document briefly describes the new architecture for the Global Supply Chain Dashboard built in Tableau.
The idea is:

• • to create a dashboard displaying the main KPIs analyzed by the global supply chain team
  • to ensure the optimization and implementation of best configuration possible; 
  • to review the Data Model and ensure the least possible level of dependencies. 

There are some changes that need to be made as part of this project:

• • Create a centralized Data repository (Single source of the truth).
  • Talend (Data Integration processes from Data Sources to the Data Lake).
  • Build all the dashboards in Tableau.
