Application Overview

Domain: Maintenance

Main stakeholders:  Maintenance Excellence team, Maintenance operators, planners, site/unit managers.

Business objective/value:  Use data sourced from internal databases to create  KPIs, determine relavant indicators for maintenance activities in plants . 

Main function: MECANO is a tool used in the performance management which permits to calculate a complete maintenance indicators catalog.

 

  • The book is divided in 3 families which are fully covering the maintenance management.

  • The indicators calculation is automatic (based on SAP) and adaptable to the different Solvay sites.

  • The indicators are mainly based on the SolmaX process.
