A key safe system has been introduced at the Applications Centre to improve security and access management. Staff who do not have their own key and fob can now borrow a set from the key safe located by the fire marshal evacuation packs, following the established sign-out and return procedure. For security reasons, the key safe code is not shared by email and must be requested in person. This system ensures secure, tracked access for all users.
