TP Conditions And Exclusions

 1. Conditions

To determine the transfer pricing percentage to be adopted in sales, invoices, and purchase orders, we use conditions. The type of condition will be
determined in the operation type.

For integrated operations, we use the conditions:

  • ZTPA: Automatic condition that comes from the TSRA table, transaction ZFI_TP_REPORT.
  • ZTPB: Manual condition that comes from transactions VK11 and MEK1, used for exceptions and price determination between Solvay and JV
    (done by GBU).

For non-integrated operations, we use the conditions:

  • ZTPC: Automatic condition that comes from the TSRA table, transaction ZFI_TP_REPORT.
  • ZTPD: Manual condition that comes from transactions VK11 and MEK1, used for exceptions and price determination between Solvay and JV
    (done by GBU).

The manual conditions can also be used for manual corrections in orders in case of error and are of higher hierarchy than the automatic conditions.

2. Exclusions

Exclusions are implemented to exclude transactions that should not be subject to the new transfer pricing methods, you can check the tables of
exclusions in SM30:

  • GBU exclusion - ZFI_T_TP_GBU_EXC
  • Legal entity exclusion - ZFI_T_TP_LE_EXC
  • Legal entity pair exclusion - ZFI_T_TP_LEP_EXC
  • Material group exclusion - ZFI_T_TP_MG_EXC
