Add to plan: The Employee should have the training planned in his/her path. Then, the employee will take the Classes when available and/or possible for them.
Request training: There isn’t a class available and the Employee will be listed in the Class Requests.
Enroll in a class: The Class is available, either to have now (e.g. web-based class) or scheduled to a future date (e.g. instructor-led class)
