The purpose of this workshop was, following the "Back to Basics" workshop and to answer the team's doubts and issues, to present the key differences between the Scrum framework (that the team was using for 1 month at this time) and Kanban.
The global objective was therefore to define which option would be the most adapted to the team and to the project : keep on using Scrum (and then adapt/improve the ways of working), or changing from Scrum to Kanban.
