This final team event had two purposes :
- Third and final Retrospective : gather the team's feedback about both the last "Sprint" and the global deployment of Agile ;
- Program closure and lessons learned : gather the team's feedback about the whole program and present their findings, recommandations and lessons learned from a project management / teamwork perspective.
The One Voice Program ended on the 31st of August.
