Meeting notes Sprint 21

• Had a review with Nicolas Dumeril (Novecare Business Stakeholder) this morning as he was back from his holidays: he was happy to see we delivered some changes in the raw materials forecast workbook 
• Nicolas Dumeril also asked for a status on the FLICM-595 to which analysis has been done and correction will be done in the next few days for a delivery in production next week 
• Created a new user story and added a line in the L5 sheet
• Ongoing - Continuously providing support to Novecare buyers to enter the raw material forecast as it was deployed 2 months ago

• Adding the dimension "Group of activity" on the Sales Query - Development is done by Nicolas G in the Dev environment.
• Provided the Testing Doc to Nicolas G to perform the transport. Once the transport is performed, the next step is to proceed to the testing before delivery to the business (Transparency Squad).
• RollOut Sales Query to TS (Technology Solutions) - Will be at the 3rd Workshop tomorrow with TS: Aim of workshop is to connect TS to the existing sales query process the existing process of Sales query.

• Buy & Sell products - Development of product is finished, updating documentation as we try to move to prod (WBP) this week
• Energy Novecare - The next step is to start the development to integrate Energy Forecast (for GBU Novecare) in the Manufacturing Cost query

• Use the google Doc proposed by Mathilde which includes the description of the H4 Code for the H4 extraction and sunset using existing tables.
• Continuing to work on the H4 and no impediments so far

• Confirm if the documentation (PTP) written by Pierre is sufficient.
• complete the doc transport and see if there are bugs. The next step is to fix bugs

• Met with the Architectural team and found out that the Google sheet for the H4 code already exist and the business will use this moving forward
• On GBU, he advised the squad that GBU is to sell solutions. He wants the squad to do a level of customization but should keep this level low. 

• Had a call with Nicolas D to validate the UAT

• Nicolas wants to include a new requirement (the one dimension that was initially canceled by Nicolas D out of 6)and wants the view of the team on this request. She wants to know if this info can be reviewed. Team agreed that a new requirement has to be placed in the backlog as the 5 dimensions for the requirement has been validated

• Continuing work on Line 67 & 68 on the L5

• New Dimension added is completed and documentation is ready
• concerned about Test time for Prod as Nico's vacation time may impact delivery time
• Met with Nicolas  and the Business on the Workshop of the RollOut TS

• To update end date for  Line 138 on the L5
• Waiting on Manufacturing RM (Buy & Sell Product) to be pushed to prod

• Same update as yesterday 

• Analysis on  "Material Inventory Unit Price" is completed
• Started working on Correction "Material Inventory Unit Price" 
• Continuing to work on "adding a group of activity on Dynasys"

• Meeting with Mathilde to decide on Line 38 of the L5 in reference to Ousseina"s question

• Met with the Business and Nico wants an update on why CLASSIFICATION is not added as a new dimension

• Keeps supporting buyers
• They presented the workbook to see if the format is good. Next step is to keep working with Jean Marc Bourget
• Will generate a file for the work book and send to Laressa

• Suggested to Gustavo to move the item on PI planning row 6 Pierre waiting on the transport to be done before moving
• Will Work with Virgnie to transport "Atlas Invoice Price" but Virginie explained Jean hristophe was the SME on that topic

• The buy and sell was approved by Craig but would check if everything moved correctly to Prod
• Once the transport is done the next step in the flow is for Virginie to reload the data

• The back end Dev & test of back end part, did the testing and it can be closed
• Demo has been done with Virgine & the business and the outcome was good.

• Nico to move PI planning row 6 to Laressa so she can move to prod. Suggested to Gustavo that he disagrees with this and why
• Working on quality but struggling to find some data but still working on it

• Proposed to create a table for PW using our own process for the H4 or the proposed solution for Anon to put the folder in our own environment
• Met with Mathilde and Mathilde will provide a solution to Ousseina on working on the 6th Dimension and if it is not critical with campaign, it can be pushed to Q4 as the focus is to deliver for Q3
• The possibility of transport to Prod (on Laressa's task)

• Continues to work on documentation

The transport of Buy and Sell went to Prod, Pending UAT. It will only load data once we have the materials to buy and sell. 

Enery Novecare needs more discussion to know next steps with Nicolas G

Regarding the new Requirement raised by the business, There is a meeting to know which one is critical or not for Q3

Conversation was had with Nicolas D on waiting on the new Dimension to be added to Q4

TS Workshop was had today and officially launched and waiting for TS to provide what they are using today to quantify their quantity and price.

Next step is to populate data provided from TS vto populate the source unit for quantity eg punds as opposed to just KGV (in the pipeline)

WE are yet to go with TS Solution which is pulling price for Dynasys. A decision has to be made to

Leave the quantity to be collected from Dynasis and sap doc or quantity and price 

Sent a group of act to Laressa. Preparing for the fix for inventory. There is move to validation and he would attach doc to

Move to the change fro price condition or other priorities that needs to be done as there is more time/effort to be given.

Worried about buy and sell testing which we are already in Prod which is likely to be delayed by the UAT as she is supposed to change the data in Prod. 

Does not want to mess with the GBu with changing data

Will be sending out email to key players to state steps that needs to be taken to get this done.

Transparency asked to load the data for the servers for manufacturing, reloading the sales data as the Transparency team needs fresh data

Buy and sell testing - if we load Buy and sell, it would affect the testing

Working on energy care and updated L5. Trying to understand and generate some data in WBD to test

Reviewing Docs from Nico that are going to be moving to Prod

The Preparation for the UAT for the Buy and Sell for S22

Will update and validate the GBU so as to go further on this topic. This would be loaded manually and this does not impact development as for now.

Still on the tech design of the sales price commission

Working on some action for the transparency squad - Modifying the value in the RM workbook for them to be able to change the value in the dashboard
