The consent is one of the legal basis on which we could justify Personal Data processing (Art6. GDPR); if a Personal Data has to be justified on the a Consent of the Data subject, please find below requirements to be complied GDPR_Legal guideline on consent The General Counsel function is part of the Solvay Data privacy committee and recommends this solution implementation. |
