In this sprint, we focused on: 

  • preparing the GBU risk committee
  • preparing (and holding) a Steering Committee
CommentsWe switched to a hybrid (Agile / Waterfall) model where we manage by due date. We also switched to 1-week sprints (hence the 14-14b sprints naming that cover 2 weeks).
