In order to see more details on charts, it is usually useful to zoom in/out.

Use-cases
Use-case n°1:
- Given a SyDatalab user can visualize its data on a graph,
- When they want to view more details on a specific area,
- Then they can zoom in

- Given a SyDatalab user can visualize its data on a graph,
- When they want to view a wider range
- Then they can zoom out
