If a new implementation is beginning for your site, here are some helpful resources on the process and materials that will be available to you.
After a site has agreed to rollout Shiftconnector, our team will begin with a kickoff meeting. Here we will present the team, time and resources required from the site, a demonstration of the application, and a quick walkthrough of potential use cases. The site will then be provided with a Shopping List with sheets specific to the site where you can begin compiling the information we will need to begin setting up the application.
A generic copy of the kickoff presentation can be found here, as well as a generic copy of the Shopping List. Before each kickoff meeting, these documents will be customized to each site and shared after the meeting for site reference. These resources will allow for the site to prepare some of the basic data that will go into Shiftconnector before the workshops begin, as well as begin brainstorm the potential use cases that will be discussed in the workshops. Once the on-site workshops have been completed, configuration of the application will be done by our team, followed by an iterative feedback process with site representatives.
