- What is the daily value I will get on my Euroticket card? Is there a validity period regarding that amount?
The daily value that you will get from Euroticket card is 9,60€. The advantage of receiving the lunch allowance on Euroticket card is that all that you received is tax free, whereas receiving lunch allowance in cash means that a percentage of it will be taxable. The money on your Euroticket card has 12 months of validity from the date of its last charging. If there are monthly movements, the card is valid for three years from the date of issue.
- I lost my Euroticket card, what should I do?
If you lost your Euroticket card you can block it here: https://www.myedenred.pt/ and request a new one by opening request to HR support. The new card will cost you 6,15 € and will be discounted in the payslip. A new pin can also be requested, having a cost of 3.69€.
- Should Euroticket card be only used for supermarket goods or it can be used in restaurants?
The Euroticket card can be used on supermarkets and restaurants. You can find the list of all establishments that have agreements with Euroticket card on https://www.myedenred.pt/ or on your mobile app.
- How many hours do I have to work to be paid for the lunch allowance?
You need to work a minimum of 5 hours on a work day in order to get lunch allowance.
